Value for Money We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights whilst touring around Munich, it was clean, meals very good, and good variety, the breakfast was a delite, very friendly staff willing to help, room was cleaned spotlessly, would stay there again, close to Main Rail Station and close to main plaza.

"A Nice Stay at the The Marriott Courtyard" The Marriott Courtyard in Munich is a very nice hotel and certainly up to the standards of the Courtyard group. The rooms were great, the breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very courteous. There was also a fantastic fitness room. You have to pay for internet access but it's not all that expensive. The only thing is that the neighborhood where this hotel is located is not all that nice as it's in the vicinity of the railroad station.

"Great little hotel" I have to say this hotel is a little gem. Ok it may be on the small side but what it lacks in size it makes up for in charm. Although the area it is in may not be that attractive, it is safe and very convenient for visiting the main tourist sights (less than 10 mins walk away) and for transport further afield (2 mins from the main train station Hauptbahnhof) The rooms are fairly large, with (in mine) two small double-ish sized beds, with good amenities including tea and coffee making, ice bucket, TV, brand new modern iron and board. The bathroom was small but big enough, with a shower over bath arrangement. The restaurant (where breakfast is also served) is superb - well cooked, simple Italian-inspired menu served in an elegant, dark wood ambience by attentive and pleasant staff. During the day the restaurant is bright with daylight from the inner courtyard of the hotel. Breakfast is a very large buffet, including muesli (lots of different types), a huge selection of cured meats, cheese, bread, fresh fruit, cooked meats, eggs, waffles, pastries, etc. You could seriously set yourself up for the day here. Lastly the staff overall were really great - very friendly and always willing to help. In short, I would recommend the hotel without reservation
