"Large room, helpful staff"
We spent one night here, my husband, daughter, and myself, and had a wonderful experience. We received a large room with two double beds, even had a balcony. The carpet and wallpaper might have been a little dated, but that's not a reason to complain for a rate of 89 euros. Very close to an underground station. Oh, and our rate also included the breakfast. I would recommend it to anyone.

"loved this hotel"
My mother and I arrived to Munich tired and dischevled. When we arrived at the hotel we received a warm welcome and a free upgrade.
Our room was simple, spacious and comfortable. It wasn't luxurious but these types of hotels cateor to comfort at an afordable price. That's exactly what we got.
When we woke up the next morning after our arrival we weren't aware that a time change had occured and it was unfortunately an hour ahead of our watches. Unfortunately we had missed breakfast.
The hotel staff understood that we were hungry. They sat us down in their bar area and brought a whole slew of delicious breakfast treats to us. It was like having Sunday brunch at a luxury hotel. We were very impressed.
As we left the hotel we thanked the manager and the staff for our wonderful and comfortable stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. I would also go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

"Loved It"
My family and I spent 3 nights here in April 2007 and just loved it. The front desk staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. The room were big, clean and modern. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were hude with feather down. It is located about a 10 minute walk from the main train station and just around the corner from the park where they hold the Oktoberfest. We were away for six weeks and this hotel had the best breakfast by far and it changed each day. If you can afford this hotel do it.

"Excellent Sheraton service as always!"
Huge room and great Sheraton service! From checkin to checkout it was the typical above-average service that I expect from Sheraton (well, except for the grouchy waitress that was annoyed we changed tables at breakfast). We booked via phone (after trying to book on the internet - I needed assistance and they have this cool system you just click on a box and they call you within seconds at whatever number you choose). The very friendly rep helped me book an executive room at a great price (make sure you are a Starwood preferred member!). The room was really big for German standards and had a balcony, tv, and free internet. There is parking attached but you have to pay for it. Breakfast was really good - lots and lots of variety of fresh and tasty stuff to keep me and my family full all morning. I would definitely stay here again!

"Great mid-range choice"
Just returned from our second stay here, this time for the Oktoberfest (by far the closest hotel to the event - balcony overlooked the fairground which was just amazing after dark!)
On a par with other 4-Points I've stayed at. 'Central' could be slightly misleading - maybe 10 minutes' walk to the edge of the main shopping area and railway station, although there are very handy tram and S-bahn (for airport) stops 5 minutes walk away.
A solid recommendation for the price though, on both staya we found the place both comfortable and noise-free (even during Oktoberfest would you beleive it?) The 2 doors in-between the bedroom and the corridor help with the low noise factor I'm sure.
There are a couple of neighbourhood bars/take-aways nearby otherwise it's that 10-15 minute walk (or shorter tram ride) into the Center to the restaurants and beer halls and fantastic beer gardens.

"Clean modern hotel with very helpful reception"
My wife and I stayed at the Four Points in the first week of December 2006. The Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhopf (the main train station, S Bahn ) and about 5 minutes from the underground station , Theresenwiese. So for us this was a perfect balance of being close enough without being too bustling. Large recently decorated and tasteful room, high standard en suite bathroom - with lots of nice touches. Reception responded quickly to our requests ( cot for our baby and a kettle to make up his baby milk). Loads of breakfast options - fruit, cereal, cooked, baguettes, juices - very well done. We also used the American Bar - for evening meals (fairly limited choice). I would be happy to return, and would recommend it to my friends |

"Pretty good hotel"
We stayed here for a few nights in July during a 2 1/2 week trip throughout western Europe. While the decorating is a bit outdated, the room and bathroom were HUGE and very clean, and even had a balcony. This hotel is a little bit of a walk from the train station, and the neighborhood to the north is not very exciting, but just to the south is the Oktoberfest grounds and a great area. Would recommend this hotel, especially to groups going to Oktoberfest.
