"What a wonderful hotel"
This was a real treat. The rooms were spacious enough, spotless, and quiet. Everyone of the staff was friendly, helpful and just a delight to talk to. The bar area is cozy and just the spot for a last bier in the evening. We didn't have the buffet for breakfast (too many euros) but it looked fine. We would just go to our favorite bakerei for coffee and rolls etc. each morning. The location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient. Five minutes to the Railway station and about 15 or 20 minute walk to the Marienplatz. We never felt uncomfortable walking even late at night after an evening at the Hofbrauhos. We had a wonderful time and would give the Kings Hotel our highest recommendation..

"Fantastic , centrally located hotel"
We stayed here the first week of May and it's a really charming hotel. The rooms are decorated in a cute traditional style with paintings and canopy beds. Our room was really comfortable and nicely decorated; great shower too. The location is fantastic - it's right by a major train station and walking distance to most of the major city sights. The staff was incredibly helpful. They were great about giving directions and translations, and when I caught a bad cold in the middle of my trip, they helped us find a late-night pharmacy. There's also a really nice breakfast buffet with a lot of variety of hot and cold items. A very nice hotel and I would stay there again anytime I visited Munich.

Very nice hotel and excellent and friendly staff. Breakfast was really nice and the breakfast staff really were nice and friendly. The location is very nice as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The bar is a little small and awkward but still nice.
